Shipping Policy COVID-19 UPDATE
We are continuing to ship, but given COVID-19 safety measures in place things are taking a little bit longer. We are closed to the public, but continuing to fill online orders with our small team. We appreciate your patience during this time. Please note we ship/process orders one-two times per week. If you have a time-sensitive orders, please email us directly once you place your order. General orders, please bear with us, as we are encountering a 24-72 hour processing time in addition to transit time. Thank you so much for your understanding! 
Interstate Delivery 
currently we are only shipping spirits to WA, CA, AK, NB, & DC
Non-Washington residents are responsible for determining if their state or county laws allow wines and spirits to be shipped into their state or county. Each state or county has their own laws and regulations related to their products. Please check with your appropriate agencies. Each individual accepts full responsibility for their state verification.
Laws regarding the sale and transportation of alcoholic beverages are complex and constantly changing. The politics, policies and procedures regarding such sales and transportation are different in every state. That is why you are buying from us in Washington and why title to the alcoholic beverages is passing to you upon purchase. In the event that we may ship wine or other alcoholic beverages to your state in accordance with a state privilege requiring the payment of state taxes, you will be charged the sales tax, if any, assessed by your state for that transaction; otherwise Washington sales tax will be assessed on the sale. 
When your order is approved by your credit card company, you own the goods. If you choose shipping as a delivery method, you are asking us to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. We make no representations about the legality of shipping alcoholic beverages. Our site lists those states where common carriers will deliver alcohol. You are responsible for compliance with all laws regarding such shipments. You may also make your own shipping arrangements.
LEGAL AGE REQUIREMENT
All purchases must be made by individuals age 21 and older. Any shipment of alcohol must be signed for by an adult that is 21 years or older. No exceptions. Alcohol shipments are sent with an "Adult Signature Required" stipulation, and the common carrier used for delivery is required to ask for and verify ID before delivering merchandise.
Many of our customers select to have shipments sent to a business address in lieu of a residential address to avoid missed delivery attempts. Returned Shipments It is the recipient's responsibility to receive the shipment in a timely manner. If for whatever reason the shipment is returned back to the sender, the outbound shipping fee is non-refundable. Additionally, customers may incur additional charges for the cost of return shipments. 
APO/FPO/PO BOXES
Products cannot be shipped to APO, FPO, Post Office boxes. If an order is shipped to an improper address, the purchaser will be responsible for any return shipping fees. If you must cancel due to an improper address, a 10% charge may apply.
GROUND DELIVERY
Ground delivery is not recommended for any order. This is because of the potential heat exposure during warm weather conditions and extreme cold during the winter months. We cannot be held responsible for damaged items due to the selection of ground delivery for your order! If you notify us that you would like your order to be put on hold until temperature conditions are more suitable for shipping, we will attempt to do so at no additional cost.
We are not responsible for damage due to weather conditions.
We try to keep our shipping prices as low as possible! But bottles are heavy, and require special packing material. Keep in mind that some bottles or gift sets weigh more than others! 
We prefer to ship to a business address if possible
PACKAGE INSURANCE
We offer insurance when you order to cover instances of shipments that are lost, damaged or stolen. The option for additional protection shows up as a separate line item in your shopping cart at time of purchase. In the case something goes amiss with the delivery, contact us for replacement or reimbursement. UPS is not great about claims on the vast majority of shipments these days, which is why we are providing this option for our customers.

We sell fine spirits - not museum collectibles. We inspect all bottles prior to shipment for fill-level and quality of labels/packaging. The transit process is not always gentle and slight wear on the packaging may occur. Please note there is no refund/discount for this.
**PROCESSING TIME:
Please note that while our typical processing time is 1-2 business days, during the holiday season that can be extended to 2-4 business days due to increased volume. If you are having a package sent via overnight, or have a tight deadline, please give us a call or send an email to ensure that we can work with your timeline.
